YEGGAH Real Estate Platform Design

In creating the YEGGAH website, my primary goal was to establish a distinct and trustworthy brand identity that speaks to both the aspirations and needs of Cameroonian real estate investors and property owners. The design reflects the platform’s mission to empower people of African descent with accessible real estate investment opportunities and reliable property management tools.

Key Benefits of a Cohesive Brand Identity:

  1. Establishing Trust and Recognition: A unified visual language throughout the site enhances YEGGAH’s credibility in the real estate industry. The brand colors, logo, and custom iconography I developed are designed to evoke trust and professionalism, making it easier for users to engage confidently with the platform.

  2. Highlighting Accessibility and Usability: The user interface prioritizes simplicity and accessibility, so investors with varying degrees of digital familiarity can navigate effortlessly. Project description. Developed a comprehensive branding and marketing suite for CSL specializing in residential and commercial properties. The project included designing brochures, property flyers, signage, social media graphics, and digital ads. The visuals aimed to convey luxury and reliability, creating an inviting brand image that appeals to potential buyers and investors. Collaborated with the sales and marketing team to align designs with the company’s vision and target demographics. The branding materials elevated CSL's market presence, resulting in increased interest from clients and partners.

This project is a prime example of a complete, end-to-end solution crafted to reflect the values and purpose of an agricultural cooperative. From ideation through to final implementation, I took charge of every aspect of the design to create a seamless, user-friendly experience.
